Jumbo cubes are the latest accessories for your drinks

Order a cocktail at a trendy bar and it might arrive with an ice cube resembling a small boulder. Like fresh ingredients and the right glass, ice boosts the drink experience. To make these jumbo cubes, which melt slowly so the beverage doesn’t dilute too fast, you need Tovolo’s King Cube Ice Tray ($8 to $9 for a 6-cube tray), made of silicone, which comes in a half-dozen crayon colors.
