    Recipe for green goddess dressing

    Makes about 3½ cups

    1bunch chives, chopped
    cups mint leaves
    1cup coarsely chopped dill
    ¾cup tarragon leaves (from about 6 sprigs)
    4scallions, chopped
    2cups sour cream
    4ounces feta cheese
    Salt and pepper
    ¾cup canola oil
    Juice of 1 lemon

    1. In a blender, combine the chives, mint, dill, tarragon, and scallions. Add the sour cream, feta cheese, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Blend well.

    2. With the motor running, slowly add the oil and blend until smooth. Add the lemon juice and taste for seasoning. Add more salt and pepper, if you like.
