Recipe for strawberry-basil wine pops

Serves 8

These are the adult version of fruit pops, made with moscato d’Asti wine, which is sweet enough so you need no additional sugar. It’s also very low in alcohol. Instead of pureeing the fruit, pulse the berries in a food processor so there are pieces, which makes a prettier bar, and add chopped fresh basil. You need Popsicle molds to make them.
