Cocktail recipe: Hemingway’s Last Word

Makes 1 cocktail

1 ounce Old Monk Rum

¾ ounce Green

Chartreuse

½ ounce Luxardo

Maraschino

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon grapefruit

1. In a shaker, combine ice, rum, Chartreuse, Maraschino, and lime and grapefruit juices. Shake thoroughly.

2. Strain into a coupe glass.
