Recipe for light aioli

Serves 4

3tablespoons mayonnaise
¼cup plain low-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Juice of ½ lemon, or more to taste
½small clove garlic, finely grated

1. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic.

2. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper, if you like.
