1 egg white
1 ounce Laird’s Bonded AppleJack
1 ounce Root liqueur
¾ ounce orgeat syrup
1. In a shaker, combine the egg white, AppleJack, Root, and orgeat syrup.
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds or until egg white begins to emulsify.
3. Add ice and shake again; strain into a chilled lowball glass.
