Kirstie 10 p.m., TV Land
Kirstie Alley (above) reunites with her “Cheers” costar Rhea Perlman for this new sitcom, which finds them playing boozy Broadway diva Madison Banks and her put-upon assistant Thelma Katz, respectively. Michael Richards (“Seinfeld”) pops up as Madison’s shifty chauffeur, Frank. The three comedy all-stars are joined by Eric Peterson (an actual Broadway vet who played the title role in “Shrek the Musical”) as Arlo, the son Madison gave up for adoption 26 years ago. We’d have high hopes, but the advance clips are not encouraging, so we’re going with low expectations instead.
