Indulge the Irish foodie in you on St. Patrick’s Day at, surprisingly, Anna’s Taqueria. The restaurants are selling a corned beef and cabbage burrito starting at noon on March 17 until they run out. Tender slices of corn beef, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, with a slather of mustard, plus any traditional Mexican add-ons you choose — guacamole with corned beef? — are heaped on and rolled in a tortilla ($5.45 to $6.25, up to $8 with add-ons).
