1 | cup strawberry or raspberry jam, orange marmalade, or another fruit spread or butter |

1½ | cups walnut pieces, ground (to make 1 cup) |
½ | cup sugar |
¼ | cup rum or orange liqueur or other liqueur |
½ | cup heavy cream, softly whipped |
1. When filling pancakes, spread with jam, sprinkle with walnuts, then sugar, then rum or liqueur.
2. Follow rolling instructions in Romanian pancake recipe. Add a spoonful of cream to each pancake.
