Juices, smoothies, healthy salads in Fort Point

If you’re looking for more healthy options, you’ll find them at the juice and smoothie bar Nourish Your Soul in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. Owner Susan Cabana, who offers health consulting through nutrition and yoga instruction, is an advocate of minimally processed foods. To that end, she offers seasonal salads ($12) from New York-based Sakara Life, an organic food delivery company. “Making thoughtful choices every day about what we put into our bodies leads to presence of mind and joy,” says Cabana, and Sakara Life’s salads fit her philosophy. Recent offerings include beet burger and lemon-scented quinoa salad (pictured). Nourish Your Soul, 15 Channel Center, Fort Point, Boston, 888-995-8423.
