Recipe for Chartreuse Swizzle

Chartreuse Swizzle

Makes 1 cocktail

1½ ounces Green Chartreuse

½ ounce Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum

¾ ounce pineapple juice

¾ ounce lime juice

¾ ounce Velvet Falernum

1 sprig fresh mint

1. In a glass filled with crushed ice, combine Chartreuse, rum, pineapple and lime juices, and falernum. Using a swizzle stick (or bar spoon), stir the contents by rubbing the stick between the palms of your hand until the outside of the glass is frosted.

2. Fill glass to overflowing with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint.
