Recipe for Rubber Band Man cocktail

Rubber Band Man

Makes 1 cocktail

1 ounce spiced rum

1 ounce Pierre Ferrand cognac

½ ounce Cardamaro

2 dashes Benedictine

1 dash Angostura bitters

2 Luxardo Maraschino cherries

1 strip orange rind

1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the rum, cognac, Cardamaro, Benedictine, and bitters. Stir and strain into a lowball glass.

2. Light a match and briefly rotate the orange rind over the flame to express the oils. Twist the rind and rub it around the rim of the glass, and
discard it. Garnish with cherries.
