Fort Point’s Bastille Kitchen sets a date

Fort Point’s long-awaited French bistro Bastille Kitchen will open to the public on Monday, July 28, the Globe has learned, at 49 Melcher St. It’s the latest from Seth Greenberg (Mistral). The chef is Adam Kube, who has worked at several Ritz Carlton restaurants.
