Chef Jason Santos will close Back Bay Harry’s (142 Berkeley St.) on Sept. 24 and replace it with Citrus & Salt. The sister restaurant of his slinky New Orleans-inspired restaurant Buttermilk & Bourbon will serve Mexican coastal cuisine, says a rep.

The new spot will open in late fall or early winter with a similar menu as Buttermilk, but with south-of-the-border riffs. You can order blue cornmeal agave biscuits with lime honey butter, crab and cactus chowder, black bean hummus, and soft-serve ice cream in tropical flavors, or perch at a raw bar.
