Experts predict what we’ll be eating in 2050

The second annual Food Day was held last Wednesday, and the theme centered around predicting what our plates will look like 38 years from now.

Governor Deval Patrick celebrated Food Day by discussing sustainability — the buzzword that refers to maintaining our food supply — with local students and members of his Cabinet at the Hayley House Cafe in Roxbury.

Nice to hear about all the high tech solutions planned for future eating. But what's happening to old fashioned skills like proof reading? Anyone who's been around Boston for the past few decades know that it's "Haley House." That knowledge can't be replaced by Spell Check or Twitter. Some things still rely on plain old fashioned experience!!
