Indoor CrossFit Series
An indoor CrossFit session led by a Reebok CrossFit Back Bay coach will include an introduction to CrossFit, a team workout, followed by a cool down with a physical therapist.

Boston Run for Sight
5K run and 1-mile walk will start and finish on Castle Island. Bus transportation to and from the race site will be provided, and all participants will receive a race T-shirt with their registration. Money raised from the race will go toward ASCRS Foundation/TearLab Run for Sight’s ongoing humanitarian programs and will directly benefit needy patients.

Nutrition, Fitness, and Healthy Weight Gain for the Pregnant Mama
A class to discuss how to make healthy changes to your lifestyle, including information on healthy food choices, meal planning and snacks, how to eat to promote healthy weight gain, and some simple daily exercises.

Mother’s Day Memorial Ride for Christina Clarke Genco Foundation
An event for families and elite cyclists, with bike routes including 3.4, 17, 34, and 68 miles. A safe biking clinic will also be provided. Funds raised will support bike safety and affordable housing projects in partnership with Bike & Build and Habitat for Humanity.
