There were a few familiar faces in the stands at Game 4 of the Celts-Heat playoff series. VIPs in attendance included Pats coach Bill Belichick, actor Michael Chiklis, Pats players Julian Edelman, Kevin Faulk, Rob Gronkowski, Jerod Mayo, Wes Welker, Vince Wilfork, Sterling Moore, and Donte Stallworth, Celtic great John Havlicek, the injured Jeff Green, and former Celtic Dana Barros. . . . Looking fairly stunning in a black Twenty Cluny dress and Brian Atwood shoes, “Dancing With the Stars” strutter Karina Smirnoff helped celebrate the fifth anniversary of Estate on Saturday. Smirnoff danced with friends in the VIP area, and posed for pictures with fans. Earlier in the evening, she dined at GEM. (On Friday, the newest restaurant by the gang that owns Red Lantern played host to Celts CEO Wyc Grousbeck and wife Corinne and Bruins defenseman Andrew Ference.) . . . “Irish” Micky Ward signed copies of his new memoir, “A Warrior’s Heart,” at the Living Room in the North End the other night. In addition to the meet-and-greet, the Lowell-bred brawler, who was played by Mark Wahlberg in David O. Russell’s Oscar-nominated flick “The Fighter,” screened one of his infamous – and bloody — bouts with Arturo Gatti. . . . “NCIS: Los Angeles” actor Chris O’Donnell attended his reunion at Boston College over the weekend.
