The couple was spotted around the ballpark on Friday and Saturday. They started dating last winter. Wilson — who’s a pal of George Clooney’s ex-wrestler girlfriend, Stacy Keibler — isn’t the first of A-Rod’s girlfriends to visit Boston during a homestand. His ex, Cameron Diaz, was here last year. Kate Hudson toured Boston during some Yankees-Red Sox games in 2009.
