Forbes continues to publish its annual lists of very rich people in the entertainment business. These lists have taught us that Tom Cruise still makes more money than Robert Pattinson, that former Boston University student Bethenny Frankel makes more than Everett actress Ellen Pompeo, of “Grey’s Anatomy,” and that Kristen Stewart made more money from May to May than Angelina Jolie. This week, the website posted a list of the Top Earning Chefs, and Boston’s Todd English made the cut. According to Forbes, the Olives boss is No. 7 on the list for making $11 million in the past year. Gordon Ramsay, of “Hell’s Kitchen,” topped the list by making $38 million from June to June, Forbes estimates, and former Cape Codder Rachael Ray was No. 2 with $25 million.
