The Mediterranean-style mansion, which the Oscar-nominated actor shares with his wife, Rhea Durham , and their four children, has 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a lagoon-like swimming pool, waterfalls, guest house, gymnasium, movie theater, basketball court, yadda yadda yadda. We’re not sure if Wahlberg needs more space or less, but he’s trying to sell the place again, and this time he’s asking only $12.9 million. What a deal!
