Newton actor John Krasinski and his wife, actress Emily Blunt, visited Cars Land at Disney’s California Adventure on Friday. It was announced over the weekend that Krasinski will have a new, locally bred costar on “The Office.” Former “Better With You” actor Jake Lacy, who was born in Massachusetts and raised in Vermont, has been tapped to join the cast for the NBC comedy’s ninth season. . . . David Spade continues to enjoy Boston while he films “Grown Ups 2.” He dined over the weekend at Legal Harborside and at Red Lantern in the Back Bay.
