Todd English’s former fiancée is back in the news, and not in a good way. Erica Wang, whom the celebrity chef left at the altar a few years ago, was arrested for shoplifting, according to the New York Post. Wang, 36, allegedly tried to swipe $6,000 worth of clothing from the Ralph Lauren store where she worked, and told police she’d previously stolen another $46,000 worth of stuff. Wang, who lives in Manhattan, has been charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. The Post reports that after being released from court on her own recognizance, she flew to California and then to Hong Kong. Wang and English were to be married at the St. Regis Hotel in October 2009, but the Olives owner phoned his bride-to-be hours before the ceremony and backed out.
