Gillette sends Ryan Lochte razors to match his grill

Given all the pre-Olympics hype surrounding swimmer Ryan Lochte , we were a little surprised he won only two gold medals, two silvers, and a bronze. Wasn’t he supposed to swim laps around Michael Phelps ? Gillette clearly isn’t disappointed with Lochte’s performance. The Boston-based razor-maker sent Lochte, whom it sponsors, a sweet pair of shavers. “U gotta hand it to @Gillette for getting me my own personally gold plated and diamond encrusted razor,” Lochte tweeted Tuesday. A Gillette flak told us that one of the razors is a 10-carat gold-plated Gillette Fusion and the other is custom made, using tiny gold Swarovski crystals, to match Lochte’s mouthpiece using the smallest gold Swarovski crystals. No wonder his body is hairless.
