The organizers of Lowell’s Jack Kerouac Literary Festival have released their official schedule for this year’s celebration of all things Kerouac. Programs during this year’s festival (which runs Oct. 10-14) include a Wednesday event with musician Tanya Donelly and “The Ice Storm” author Rick Moody about music and prose, and a Saturday talk with Jay Atkinson, who will discuss Kerouac’s athletic career.
