Katie Couric was in Boston Wednesday promoting her new talk show, “Katie,” which debuts Monday at 3 p.m. on Channel 5 (WCVB-TV). The former “Today” host and “CBS Evening News” anchor met with station execs and staffers, including J.C. Monahan (above right, with Couric), Heather Unruh, and Liz Brunner, at Towne in the Back Bay and then headed over to the Pru for a meet-and-greet with fans.
