There were a couple of entertaining nuggets that Sports Illustrated writer Chris Ballard couldn’t shoehorn into his recent lengthy profile of Pats tight end Rob Gronkowski. So he’s been tweeting them. The best of them is this: “Rob’s idea of flirting during PE class in high school: During volleyball, thunderously spike the ball off the foreheads of pretty girls.” Ballard implies that the big lug, who signed a six-year, $54 million contract in the offseason, likes to roll in style. “Rob told me his dream is to one day purchase his own limo bus. He wasn’t joking. ‘Those are my favorite!’ ”
