Georgina Bloomberg, a professional equestrian and daughter of New York Mayor (and Medford native) Michael Bloomberg, was among the competitors at the Boston Equestrian Classic at the Myopia Hunt Club in historic Hamilton. . . . American Red Cross CEO Gail McGovern was in Boston for a reception at the Taj Hotel, where guests included actress/producer Christy Cashman, former furrier Mary Kakas, fashionable flak Geri Denterlein, and American Red Cross of Eastern MA CEO Jarrett Barrios. . . . Tom Brady’s supermodel spouse, Gisele Bundchen, was hard to miss hanging out at the Bristol Lounge. . . . . NESN’s Naoko Funayama is staying busy while she waits to see if there’s a hockey season. The rinkside reporter helped run a clinic for city kids at the Melnea Cass Recreational Complex in Roxbury. Funayama volunteers with S.C.O.R.E Boston, which gives kids the chance to play ice hockey. . . . That was celebrated chef Barbara Lynch serving breakfast in bed to Tempur-Pedic VP Patrice Varni at Tuesday’s opening of Tempur-Pedic’s store at the Natick Mall.
