Production began in North Andover on Monday for Larry David ’s new HBO movie, “Clear History.” The comedy, which is about a guy who takes revenge on his former boss, has quite a cast: Jon Hamm, Bill Hader, Michael Keaton, Danny McBride, Eva Mendes, “Gone Baby Gone” Oscar nominee Amy Ryan, and Kate Hudson have all signed up to costar, according to The Hollywood Reporter. David was spotted on the massive outdoor set Monday morning with veteran character actor Philip Baker Hall, who appears in Ben Affleck ’s new film “Argo” and famously played the library cop, Bookman, on “Seinfeld.” Based on what we’ve read about the plot of “Clear History,” this Andover home could belong to Hamm’s character, David’s former boss, who spends the movie renovating his mansion.
