Ming Tsai cooks up a feast at the Aquarium

Blue Ginger chef Ming Tsai , a New England Aquarium overseer, joined New England Aquarium President Bud Ris at “The Wrecking Ball” on Saturday night. The event, which included a menu and cooking demonstration by Tsai, celebrated the start of the NEA’s $17 million project to upgrade its four-story ocean tank and surrounding exhibits. Revelers at the ball included Bill Burgess, chairman of the Aquarium’s board of trustees, and his wife, Barbara; Jonathan Stone, an Aquarium overseer and executive director of Save the Bay, and his wife, Sarah; National Grid CEO Tom King and his wife, Michelle; Michael Lorber of “Million Dollar Listing New York”; and Flagstar Bank President Joe Campanelli and his wife, Carolyn. The afterparty lasted until midnight.
