Fresh from his induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame, former receiver Troy Brown joined Mayor Tom Menino and officials from Comcast/NBC Universal at McCormack Middle School Tuesday to kick off a Comcast initiative to increase broadband access and speed for low-income families.
