Along with “Glee” actor (and super Sox fan) Mike O’Malley, pitcher Jon Lester and his wife, Farrah, hosted a fund-raiser for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation at the House of Blues Monday. The evening included a “Hollywood Squares”-style game featuring local sportos and celebs and a live performance by Will Dailey. Among those attending the event were Lester’s teammates John Lackey,
