Phil Johnston, former state Secretary of Health and Human Services, was honored by Dorchester’s Harvard Street Community Health Center the other night, and his old boss, former Governor Mike Dukakis and wife Kitty, were among the well-wishers. Sampling savory treats fixed by some of the city’s star chefs were Kim and Jim Pallotta, Allyson and Ed DeNoble, Teri Adler and Jeff Lazzarino, David and Francy Wade, Olivia English, Corinne and Wyc Grousbeck, and Barbara and Peter Hadelman. . . .
