With filming just about finished on the TV movie “The Makeover” — some of the cast and crew were at Milton Academy Monday — actress Julia Stiles has had some time to relax and enjoy herself. A day after doing a little shopping at the Christina K. Pierce Showroom, she and actress/producer Georgia Lyman (right, with Stiles) went to see “Blood Rose Rising,” the multimedia romantic thriller playing at Naga in Cambridge. Though filming of “The Makeover” won’t officially finish until Wednesday, the wrap party was held Sunday at the Emerald Lounge at the Revere Hotel. Stiles sipped Prosecco and nibbled veggie pizza.
