Carly Simon takes stage on Martha’s Vineyard

It’s not often anymore that Carly Simon performs onstage, but she did Saturday, joining the fun at a fund-raiser called Breast Fest, held at Dreamland Ballroom in Oak Bluffs. Simon sang one song, called “I Can’t Thank You Enough,” which she co-wrote with her son, Ben. Simon was preceded onstage by a slew of female singer-songwriters from Martha’s Vineyard and New York, many of whom joined her onstage to sing backup. The event, coinciding with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, raised money for the Martha’s Vineyard Cancer Support Group.
