Renowned New York graffiti artist Futura — formerly known as Futura 2000 — drew a crowd to the Harvard Square sneaker emporium Concepts Monday as part of a promotion with Hennessy. What cognac, shoes, and street art have in common, we’re not sure, but Futura, who used to hang with the likes of artists Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Kenny Scharf, seemed to be having fun.
