Jay Penske and his brother Mark sentenced

Nantucket’s The Inquirer and Mirror reported on Monday that Deadline.com owner and Hollywood schmoozer Jay Penske and his brother Mark were sentenced to pretrial probation for one year in Nantucket District Court for their involvement in an August incident that had two women claiming that the Penske brothers had assaulted them. The brothers were charged with breaking and entering after allegedly trying to enter the private residences at Nantucket Yacht Club after their skirmish with the women. (One of the women said that the skirmish involved Jay Penske urinating on her boots.) The Penske brothers are the sons of racing mogul Roger Penske . Jay Penske, who also owns Dragon Racing, bought the entertainment publication Variety this fall. Inquirer and Mirror writer Jason Graziadei said in his Monday story that the probation sentence includes 50 hours of community service.
