Marjorie Margolies visits Simmons College

Former Pennsylvania congresswoman and Emmy winner Marjorie Margolies — who happens to be Chelsea Clinton ’s mother-in-law (she’s Marc Mezvinsky ’s mom) — is at Simmons College this week as part of the Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows program. Margolies (second from right) gave a lecture on Tuesday called “Women Changing Lives: Perspectives on Gender, Politics and Social Change.” She was joined at the event by (from left) former US ambassador to Kenya and Simmons Warburg Chair of International Relations Mark Bellamy , Simmons president Helen Drinan , and Simmons College of Arts and Sciences dean Renée White .
