Dorchester’s Donnie Wahlberg, who lives in New York to film his show “Blue Bloods,” kept his fans up to date about his status during Sandy with tweets and video. He assured them that even though his “entire building is under a foot of water,” he was “safe and sound on higher ground.” On Tuesday morning he wrote, “In the worst of times. . . Somehow. . . Some way. . . Make the best of times! Life’s too short to be down! Shake it off and pick yourself back up!” He also wrote this slightly less elegant tweet: “Time to clean this sh** up.”
