“Hunger Games” actor Alexander Ludwig, who’s been spending quality time with Nicole Marie, a Boston-based model with Dynasty Inc. and the local account rep with Isola Shoes, was spotted in Boston on Tuesday night at the waterfront restaurant Empire.
