Comedian Lenny Clarke (above) threw his weight, or what’s left of it, behind Mayor Tom Menino’s “Boston Moves for Health” initiative Tuesday, chatting about his successful effort to slim down at the Dorchester House Multi-Service Center. Clarke has been with Weight Watchers for several years, and calls himself “one of their biggest losers.” How big? Well, he used to weigh 388 pounds and have a 56-inch waist. Now, he’s 200 pounds and has a 33-inch waist. Not bad. “It changed my life and I look a lot better,” he said. “I’m hoping they give me a new TV show and I can play the sexy grandpa.”
