Author and actress Jayne Amelia Larson was at UpStairs on the Square on Monday to celebrate the release of her memoir, “Driving the Saudis: A Chauffeur’s Tale of the World’s Richest Princesses (plus their servants, nannies, and one royal hairdresser).” The book party was supposed to be held earlier this fall but was postponed because of Hurricane Sandy. We hear that Larson did a few impressions of her former clients during the festivities. Her audience included UpStairs on the Square bosses Mary-Catherine Deibel and Deborah Hughes, former “Chronicle” host Mary Richardson, Joan Parker, former Globe writer Carol Beggy, and Larson’s sister, longtime Boston restaurateur Michaela Larson.
