Hacker gets 10 years

A federal judge has sentenced a man who hacked into the personal online accounts of Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, and other women to 10 years in prison. US District Judge S. James Otero sentenced Christopher Chaney on Monday in Los Angeles. Chaney pleaded guilty to nine felony counts, including wiretapping and unauthorized access to a computer. The biggest spectacle in the case was the revelation that nude photos taken by Johansson herself and meant for her then-husband, Ryan Reynolds, were placed on the Internet. Chaney also targeted women he knew, sending nude pictures of a former co-worker to her father.

Ronaldo lightens up

Ronaldo has kicked those pounds away, replacing his beer belly with defined abs. The retired Brazilian soccer great shed more than 37 pounds in a televised weight-loss program. He weighed 223 on Sunday, down from 260 when he began the three-month fitness program in September. The ‘‘Fantastico’’ variety show chronicled the former striker’s intense exercise routines, which included weightlifting, swimming, dance and yoga classes, and forays onto the soccer field. Ronaldo, 36, a three-time FIFA player of the year, retired last year but is a member of the local organizing committee for the 2014 World Cup. He has done commercials, some of them poking at his weight gain.
