Bob DeLeo is certainly in the holiday spirit. The House Speaker, joined by Secretary of Veterans Services Coleman Nee, rang the bell for the Salvation Army at Downtown Crossing this week and also narrated “ ’Twas the Night Before Christmas” at Holiday Pops. So dramatic was DeLeo’s reading that when he finished, conductor Keith Lockhart turned and said, “Will the Speaker yield the floor?”
