‘House Across the Street’ gets a rough cut

A 35-second trailer for the local film “The House Across the Street” already has 30,000 views on YouTube. The short teaser for the thriller doesn’t reveal much about the movie, which was made around Boston and the South Shore over the summer, but it does show creepy footage of Eric Roberts and Ethan Embry (best known for the ’90s teen comedy “Can’t Hardly Wait”), and some very moody shots of suburban Massachusetts. According to the film’s website, a rough cut of the film is complete and has been submitted to the Vail Film Festival.
