Seth MacFarlane jokes about ‘Ted 2’

After tweeting that he “grew a Gandalf beard in the time it took me to watch The Hobbit,” funny guy Seth MacFarlane joked about his plans for a sequel for the Boston movie “Ted.” “Ted 2 will be broken up into 5 films, but I swear it won’t feel at all padded or overstuffed,” MacFarlane tweeted, mocking the Peter Jackson “Hobbit” trilogy. (The first of Jackson’s three “Hobbit” films is 169 minutes.) For the record, if MacFarlane turned “Ted 2” into five films, we wouldn’t mind.
