Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals announced Wednesday that Marion Cotillard is the recipient of the 2013 Woman of the Year award, which the wacky troupe will bestow on her Jan. 31. Cotillard (inset), who won an Oscar in 2008 for her portrayal of French chanteuse Edith Piaf in the film “La Vie En Rose,” joins a lengthy list of A-list actresses honored by the hilarious Hastys, including Meryl Streep, Katharine Hepburn, Julia Roberts, Jodie Foster, Elizabeth Taylor, Anne Hathaway, and, most recently, “Homeland” star Claire Danes. Cotillard’s credits include Jacques Audiard’s “Rust and Bone,” Christopher Nolan’s “Inception,” Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris,” and Steven Soderbergh’s “Contagion.” The Hasty Pudding Theatricals’ 2013 Man of the Year has not been announced. Past recipients include Tom Cruise, Clint Eastwood, Steven Spielberg, Anthony Hopkins, Bruce Willis, Justin Timberlake, and, last year, Jason Segel.
