In town for the game, Ravens fan and hero swimmer Michael Phelps dined at Empire Asian Restaurant & Lounge with his mom and some friends over the weekend. He also went to Julep Bar and tweeted, “Love Boston. . . . Amazing. . .@julepbar was awesome. . . But one thing that was upsetting was we tried to order pizza from @pizzaring said they said it takes over an hour to get a pie when they’re down the street. . . Seems unreal. . . Goodnight tweeps !! Go ravens!!!” Phelps was referring to the Cambridge-based Pizza Ring, which was apparently swamped with orders on Saturday night. Al Centeio, manager at Pizza Ring, was surprised to find out from us that Phelps was one of his frustrated Saturday callers. “We didn’t know it was him!” Centeio said, adding that had Phelps identified himself, “He would have had royal service.” . . . Re-signed New England Revolution player Andy Dorman , who hails from Wales, brought a friend to the “Tiffin at The Langham” afternoon tea at the hotel over the weekend . . .
