June ‘Heat’ release

The release date for Paul Feig’s Boston comedy “The Heat” has been moved from April 5 to June 28, according to Entertainment Weekly. That means that the comedy about Boston cops, which stars Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, will be released shortly before another locally-filmed movie, “R.I.P.D.” That action-comedy, which stars Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds as deceased cops who fight ghosts, recently had its release date pushed from June 28 to July 19.
