The Massachusetts Cultural Council presented the Commonwealth Awards at the State House on Tuesday. Honorees included Olympia Dukakis who won for achievement, Neil and Jane Pappalardo for cultural philanthropy, Marvin Gilmore for leadership, and WGBH’s Jared Bowen for media. The winners gathered Tuesday evening for a celebration at No. 9 Park. The party was cosponsored by the Globe and WGBH.
