Fashionista Sophia Chang was the keynote speaker at “Women Redefining Fashion,” held Wednesday at Babson College. A producer of the TV show “Project Runway All Stars,” Chang also organized and oversaw the runway show that followed her talk. Designers taking part in the show — and present as their garments walked down the runway — included Shallabh Mittal and Radhika Choudhary; Avni Trivedi; Achk Kombana; Maja Svensson; Crystal González-Alé and Ivette González-Alé; and Rei Hyunjoo Lee.
